I love this style of painting and I absolutly suck at it. Needless to say I'm not in a good position to critique this, but I think it's so cool, someone has to do it!

Lineart/sketsh:

Cudos on the very cool and extremely hard pose: getting the dimentions and the sizes right is a nightmare, but you pulled it off real good. Not certain about whats going on with her left hand, but nevermind: the style you used smudges it out and lets you get away with it. The hair moves in a realistic way, adding to the motion of the picture: excellent.
The background is fairly simple, wich is fine, the background wont steal attention from the girl. One thing though, the building are rough, so you get a litle confused about the time. By that i mean is this placed in a western-setting or is this more modern(the tall buildings on the left side look a litle to high and thin to be in a western setting... I'm confused. And her clothes dont realy help.

Coloring (what I would usually call "flats" wich you dont use ^^):
Good choices of colors, the warmer tones you used on her skin and shirt give a nice effect. The left part of the sky seems to me a litle dark. I guess its a large pach of rly dark clouds coming over the sky. To make this effect work even better you could have made it spike into the light blue here and there. Again not a big deal.

Lighting and shading:
Very well done! You have your bouncelight, you pick up enviroment colors, good use of hard and soft shadows and you make it work on the background... nothing to say here realy. This is the part that makes the picture pop!

Style and technique:
Again, I dont know how to paint like this so I am "easily impressed" but this, to me, is excellent. This style is all about going in depth with whats important, and create a nice easy atmosphere around it: this piece is a perfect hit. Also the color use is very apropriate along with the cross-hach technique. I'd say 10/10.

All in all a wonderfull piece!
